As you may know, Capital City Ringers, Inc. is a non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status and is funded primarily by donations from generous individuals like you.  In order to continue our efforts to advance the art of handbell ringing and to bring the joy of handbell music to our audiences, we have established a new “Friends of Capital City Ringers” program.  The expense of owning and maintaining six octaves of handbells and six octaves of handchimes, music, percussion equipment, lights, tables, etc., is substantial.  In addition, we incur travel expenses as we bring our music to audiences near and far.  We would like to enhance our ability to bring handbell music to the extended community with the addition of several costly items.

Items on our acquisition list include:

7th Octave of bells - C2: $3840 (Thank you!); C#2: $4030; D2: $3775; D#2: $3470; E2: $3085;
                                    F2: $2690; F#2: $2440   Total: $19, 490

Trailer
- approx. $3,500.00  (Received - Thank you!)

Stage lighting - $800

Porta-bell travel cases - $550x2 + $575x2 + $595x2 = $3,440.00  -  (Received -  Thank you!)

CD Recorder
- $600.00    -  (Received -  Thank you!)

Tables
- $130.95 x 12 = $1,679.40  -  (Received -  Thank you!)

New table covers - $750  (Received - Thank you!)

We need your help!  If you can contribute to the acquisition of any these items, or any portion thereof, please contact us or simply become a Friend and designate your donation be utilized for a particular item.  Appropriate acknowledgement will be provided unless designated 'anonymous'.

In order to become a Friend of the Capital City Ringers, we have contribution forms for your convenience.  Contributions are tax-deductible, and your name(s) will be included in our Lansing-area concert programs for the coming year, as well as on our web page as a Friend (including a link to your company web site for Corporate Sponsors)  By listing our “Friends” we hope to encourage others to become “Friends of CCR”.   Click here to view our current Friends of CCR.
